The 2026 Subaru Crosstrek features a new 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine as standard, delivering 180 horsepower. Further, the Crosstrek Limited and Wilderness come standard with a heated steering wheel.

Design and Comfort

The 2026 Crosstrek demonstrates Subaru's dedication to practical design and passenger comfort. It measures 176.4 inches in length, 70.9 inches in width (71.7 inches for Wilderness), and 62.8 to 63.6 inches in height, depending on the trim. This provides a good balance between agility and interior space. All models seat five comfortably, with different seating options across trims. Interior features differ by trim, starting with durable cloth upholstery in the Base and Premium versions.

The Limited improves this with leather-trimmed seats with distinctive orange stitching, while the Sport offers unique sport cloth with yellow stitching. The Wilderness edition uses StarTex upholstery designed for outdoor durability. Higher trims add heated front seats and heated steering wheels, making cold-weather driving in Emerson and beyond more comfortable.
